Stand your ground

Same shoes, different grounds.

Same person, different environments. The same you on travel in different roles. Just depends how you look at it. Honestly its just some red shoes, with someones legs standing on wood, gravel and green grass. But you can choose to see something in it. Like I did a several hours after snapping pictures of my love for these red wedges. I like how you can find such thoughts in something unexpected.

I just love my shoes. I don’t always love my roles in life, in different environments, but I love being true to myself and the people around me. With that said I’m going to bed. G’nite~!

Window shopping for new shoes in the morning~

Oh, right now I’m pretty much guilty in just partially paying attention to the class, and partially drooling on shoes. Which I’ve been drooling on all week. I just want them. It’s a total irrational feeling of want. Want, Want and Want. I’m such a shopaholic girl sometimes, although I’m mostly just “window shopping”.

These overknees shoes are lovely~!

I never dared to buy such long shoes because I’ve been fearing that I’ll look ever shorter wearing them. Hence why I want them in black, but I am not sure I dare too.

I also want these in black~!

This is another type of shoes I’ve never dared to buy before. This time it’s because I’m scared that my feet will look too big and clownish compared to my tiny frame. But these pictures convinced me that may not be the case at all.

These I'm absolutely sure I want in white~!

Its said that wearing light-colored shoes makes you appear taller, especially if they’re beige/skin colored. I’m not so sure I believe that, but I’m just curious. And I’ve never owned white shoes before… Time to try something new? I’m just afraid these would be a pain in the ass to walk in…

Oh, all these lovely shoes.. What to do, what to do?

Oversized Pretty Shoes

Because my favorite shoe store at eBay is currently closed since the seller is away, I decided to order a pair from Makiko’s online shop. I find japanese shoe sizes to be awkward and difficult to understand. After sending and email and asking about it I decided to get the smallest size.

Apparently, size s isn’t around 35-36 as they told me but rather 36-37. They aren’t way to big, I can walk in them, but I get  my finger between my heel and the shoe. A bit sad, because these pair of shoes are amazing. I love the design of them.

They are kinda gladiator-ish, just with a new twist. They’re also not flats, which I’ve always hated about gladiator shoes.
