Just as the header is saying, its pretty okay to leave home when you know it’s not long until you get back. When I get back to Trondheim tonight its just 5 small weeks then its easter break and I’m here again, drinking moms strong coffee and eating homemade meals again. Seeing the people I love again.

But I got to admit its going to be great being back in t-town again~ Hearing the cars rush by as I try to sleep, always having the opportunity to go and grab a coffee at a café – I like the urban life.

These breaks do me good in so many ways. It’s like my little personal Zen place. I get time to reflect and think upon things, I get time to truly relax and feel my existence. Kind of meditating and mental training. Also in my head, I’ve been working on the concept of positive thinking. I feel refreshed, by batteries is fully charged. Life is sooo good right now.

Yes, I was dreading to sit down and start working on my dept study on twitter. Just because there is a lot to analyze and write. So after reading some about positive thinking, how to make things you’re dreading into something you like. So I just wrote positive words and quotes on some post-it stickers and decorated my laptop with them.

I probably didn’t get any more concentrated, but at least my day got more happy and colorful. It left me a bit more positive about my study than what I originally was.

I was originally getting up early to work on my NO dept study essay, but I got a bit occupied with drooling on clothes at my favorite shop, Galstar. And I came over these 3 shirts I just got to have!

The red one here is sold out sadly, the bordeaux color looks amazing~

But the other colors looks good too, hm mocha, green and/or black?

This lace shirt is so cute, I got to have it in pink! And white....

The black one here is sold out, but I don't mind I want it in white~!

Gosh these shirts, I want them so much. I got like 6 shirts already in my closet, but apparently I want at least 5 more. Which color to get is always the hardest thing choosing, making me want the two first ones in different colors.  Yay or Nay? Buy or save money?

A bowl of cereal, nuts and melons~

  • 1 handful of rolled oats
  • 1 handful of homemade muesli
  • Some chopped hazelnuts
  • 2 slice of cantaloupe melon cut in bits
  • 1 slice of honey melon cut in bits
  • and milk (I prefer oatmilk)
  • and a glass of orange juice

Seriously one of the best meals I have made me after a workout. Finally decided that the flu-like sickness I’ve postponed my workouts for way to long. So i finally worked some strength on my arms, legs&thifhs and abs. Felt really good~

Did you know that; Oats are the only cereal containing a globulin or legume-like protein, avenalin, as the major (80%) storage protein. Oat protein is nearly equivalent in quality to soy protein, which World Health Organization research has shown is equal to meat, milk, and egg protein. No? Well now you do. I love oats <3
