I haven’t taken any new pictures today, but I want to share some pictures of flows & swirls in the river water in Trondheim. I am quite satisfied with how these turned out. I loved standing there at the bridge that day and just look at the swirls forming, traveling down the river and dissolving into nothing.

Since I finally have internet connection, I’m going to try to blog some before it disappears again. Just to share some pictures and some thoughts on it all! Traveling to the airport in Trondheim I met up with one of the girls I’m going to live with, and then we met the other two at Copenhagen. And I must say, it has been really nice to travel as a group. Photo above is from the flight to Birmingham, when I woke up and couldn’t quite get where I was.
Same with the one below. It just doesn’t look like the UK at all, so in my tired state I got worried I had slept past the landing in Birmingham. But then I fell a sleep again and later woke up looking at english country sides, with fields and golf courses! When we got closet to landing to Birmingham it finally it me:

When we finally landed at the airport all I managed to say was “Oh my gosh, oh my gosh”. I think all four of us was pretty ecstatic and ready! Yes, strangely enough I feel so ready for this! The airport was a bit scary tho, large empty halls, a pass port scanner that didn’t work, plus we had no clue where we were going! After some stumbling and wondering we saw the very obvious signs leading us to the train station.
Or rather, to the unmanned mini train taking us to the train station. There we took the lift up and down several times before finally arriving at the right platform. And getting on the train was pretty stressing and difficult. The cabins where certainly not made for people with huge suitcases.
Oh yes, regular black coffee at Starbucks!
When we got of the train we got on a maxi-taxi who drove us the short way to our hotel. And guess what, we only paid £3 for it! After checking in we decided to go out and eat something. Not knowing where anything was it took a while, but we settled for a restaurant serving fish & chips. This was for someone breakfast, dinner or supper. For me it was the last one. Afterwards we went to Starbucks which we had localized earlier and bought coffee~
After that we tried to find the university of Wolverhampton. which was surprisingly near our hotel! So weird to think that I am going attend here. I think we sat on a bench drinking coffee, looking at the building and trying to realize that we were finally here.
After that we went back to the hotel, where I blacked out due to head ache and tiredness. When I woke up, I and my roommate decided to get some food from a local shop to have some for tonight and breakfast for tomorrow. We bought a lot and only paid around £3-4! In Norway we would have paid at least £10/100NOK!
Right now I’m just enjoying being on the net. I am trying to understand that I am finally here. It has not dawned on my yet!

Well, here’s finally part 8. It’s actually been a few weeks since last Instagram update. These are moments between 5 and 3 weeks ago. I really havent been updating much during may/june. Life has just been too busy. Now that I’m home and have time to do what I want, I am updating a lot more. And I am kinda looking forward to spending my breaks at my summer jobs with Instagram~! Just as the header is saying, its pretty okay to leave home when you know it’s not long until you get back. When I get back to Trondheim tonight its just 5 small weeks then its easter break and I’m here again, drinking moms strong coffee and eating homemade meals again. Seeing the people I love again.
But I got to admit its going to be great being back in t-town again~ Hearing the cars rush by as I try to sleep, always having the opportunity to go and grab a coffee at a café – I like the urban life.
These breaks do me good in so many ways. It’s like my little personal Zen place. I get time to reflect and think upon things, I get time to truly relax and feel my existence. Kind of meditating and mental training. Also in my head, I’ve been working on the concept of positive thinking. I feel refreshed, by batteries is fully charged. Life is sooo good right now.

My little tribute to roof’s of Trondheim city and their different constructions & design. These are just a few of the many unique roof’s in the city, and there are far more to notice. Just stop walking while looking down or ahead for once, and look up! I promise, if you’re a tiny hint of interested in design or architecture – its worth it!

I took these way back in November, almost a month ago.
Had a great view, but to short time. Didn’t have time to work with the settings, but I think they turned out pretty well. I remember the weather was pretty funny that day, suddenly the mist came and hid the entire city and I thought it was a power blackout. Then just as quick as it came, it went a way. Really mysterious to watch.
The view over Trondheim is truly beautiful.

I love fall and its color. I know I have mentioned it before. This almost makes me miss Trondheim, but it’s just as colorful and inspirational here at home too. There’s even snow in the mountain tops. Must be one of the few things I miss when I’m in Trondheim. Mountains. Still, I treasure this park a lot.

Sushi again? Yes, sushi again! This time I got invited by JP and Lele to eat sushi with them out in the sun. It tasted really really delicious , but the pieces were a little to big. Still, so yummi! The last days here in Trondheim have been wonderful, sunny, warm and nice outside~ So I’ve spent most time out in the sun in some way. Either is jogging, shopping, searching, laying on my lazy bum or working on my project.
The last one is kinda hard when you just want to lay down and enjoy the sun. So frankly, I haven’t done much on my project this weekend. Which is a pity because time is starting to REALLY run away from me! Gotta camp on school the next few days!!

Easter break is over and I’m back at my place in Trondheim! I’m back at school, and back to normal life. By that I mean less sweets, less tv, more walking (to school), more food making and so on. I really enjoyed being home, eating moms cooking, cuddling with our cats, enjoying the view and just totally relaxing. Nice quiet easter break indeed~!
So there has been a few changes around here during break, and I am now living alone! Yes, my roommate left me! Well, she got a great deal and moved, and I got this place alone. So I’m getting a little taste of how it might gonna me if I decide to move somewhere else alone. But who knows, I might be living with my sister after summer break!
Anyways, I have been busy re-organizing at home, getting in touch with PPl and working on my project! So this is just a quick update saying that no, I’m not going on another hiatus, I’m just a bit busy atm~

So I’m back in Trondheim. Arrived late yesterday~ Lele was kind enough to help me drag my luggage from the bus stop and home, and today we did son serious training. Aaaand tomorrow school is starting again. Yeah, its back in business! Have been trying to sort out some paper just lying around, but it’s honestly my closet that need tidying up!
I wonder if I bother doing something about it tonight… Well, actually I kinda have to if I want to get that bag away from the floor. Ultimately I should do it tonight because it gets harder and harder to get motivation to unpack the more your waiting with doing it. The big question here is; will I ever be done with it in time, so I don’t ruining my sleep? Because its school tomorrow, yanno.. And I have stuff to do before.
